Thanks to the shortest lead times, comprehensive know-how and our wide range of processing options, we are becoming the leading sheet metal processor, supplying customers in the German market, German-speaking countries and the Western European euro zone, and occupying a top position in quality and customer service.

Quality Management

An important basis of successful business activity is the high quality of the products produced. It is an important criteria for the purchase decision and forms a reliable bond to our customers.

It is our duty to uphold and strengthen the reputation and success of our company. We strive to fully meet the customer requirements. This commitment requires in terms of the quality of our products:

Ensuring and targeted quality improvement is a task for all employees of our company. It requires conscious engagement and active collaboration across departmental and functional boundaries

We want to provide the customer with the best possible advice and support before purchase, during manufacture and after delivery, and to ensure the highest level of safety and reliability of our products.

All employees are informed about the binding nature of these guidelines and their duties; Together, they bear the responsibility to achieve the required product quality.

The executives have as an example to live by these corporate principles and monitor their compliance. All processes and the organization are geared to avoid mistakes and to learn from mistakes.

Our quality policy is determined by the management. The management has committed to consistently apply and continuously improve the quality management system.

The quality policy is reviewed annually on their usefulness and appropriateness and adjusted, if necessary. Our quality policy sets a framework for setting our quality goals. The quality representative receives the competence and independence to build, enforce and develop our QM system.

In order to test the quality management system and to document the quality striving of Klaus Malsy Blechbearbeitung GmbH, the management has decided to a certification, as well as the corresponding regular monitoring, according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015.

Environmental policy

Environmental protection and sustainability are important components of our policy beyond the legal requirements.

We see it as our corporate duty to use resources sparingly and to continuously improve our environmental performance with the involvement of our employees, as well as to comply with binding obligations.

New activities, processes and facilities are assessed for their environmental impact before they are introduced and are designed to protect the environment as far as possible.

We control our energy consumption, practice careful and sustainable use of our raw materials and resources, actively improve our energy efficiency and thus contribute to the goals of global climate policy.

Occupational health and safety policy

Health protection and accident prevention are fundamental goals of our company.

Our employees are very important to us personally and at the same time represent a decisive market advantage. Motivated, satisfied and healthy employees are an essential prerequisite for performance and thus for the economic success of the company.

Our actions for occupational health and safety are aimed at preventing work-related injuries and illnesses by providing safe and healthy working conditions.

Managers and employees are obliged to comply at all times with the statutory regulations on occupational health and safety, to protect their own health and the health of their co-workers, and to take consistent care in all operational actions to prevent accidents and work-related illness.

Each individual is responsible for compliance with occupational safety regulations.

The necessary means for accident prevention and operational safety are provided by the management.

    We produce as environmentally friendly as possible within the bounds of economic justifiability. We therefore continuously develop our manufacturing processes to minimize emissions and waste.

  • Discrimination
    Discrimination against employees on the basis of skin color, religion, sexual orientation or disability is condemned in the strongest possible terms and will not be tolerated.

  • Child and forced labor
    Klaus Malsy Blechbearbeitung GmbH does not tolerate child or forced labor. 

  • Corruption
    We do not engage in corruption in any form, including attempts at extortion and bribery. In return, we refuse to engage in any form of corruption, extortion or bribery.

  • Human trafficking
    The company Klaus Malsy Blechbearbeitung GmbH does not support human trafficking and does not take advantage of it.
